Yardbird has landed at The Elms Hotel

Today we have taken delivery of the first of many barrels of Yardbird.

A refreshing bright, hoppy American style pale ale, named after Jazz legend Charlie 'Yardbird' Parker

Masses of hop. Willamette and Tettnang gives tropical fruit and mango and floral notes, with some spicy character, Cascade adds fresh grapefruit citrus, Challenger and Pilgrim provide the underlying herbal hop with a touch of orange peel citrus from the First Gold. Good body balanced by a dry bitter linger.
